Privacy Policy

Last updated: [DATE]

This Privacy Policy explains how FUMBR (“FUMBR,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use fumbr.com (the “Service”).

Information we collect

  • Account information: email address, and any profile details a creator adds (name, bio, photos, social links).
  • Project content: project descriptions, media, and funding goals a creator publishes.
  • Payment information: when someone supports a project, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers ourselves. We receive the supporter’s name, email, and pledge amount from Stripe to record the pledge and display it to the creator.
  • Usage data: standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected automatically for security and reliability.

How we use information

To operate the Service: creating accounts, publishing creator pages, processing pledges, sending transactional emails (confirmation, password reset), and preventing fraud or abuse. We do not sell personal information.

How we share information

  • Stripe — payment processing and creator payouts.
  • Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
  • [EMAIL PROVIDER] — sending transactional emails.
  • A creator can see the name and email of anyone who supports their project, for the purpose of recognizing and thanking supporters.

Your choices

You can update your profile at any time from your dashboard, and permanently delete your account and all associated data from Dashboard → Profile → Danger zone. Deleting your account does not delete records Stripe is separately required to retain for payment compliance.
